Cindy is an energy healer with over twenty years working in the metaphysical space. Her abilities as an empath allows her to work with the energy, to feel where the blocks are located, and assist with uncovering blocked emotions.

Alternative medicine and options to oneself have been important to her thoughtout her life. She believes that everything is energy, and we all have the ability to heal. We are here to learn different life lessons and each person has different talents and abilities that they bring to the world. As a light worker, Cindy uses her talents to help others shine and remove their blocks and negative energies that are stopping the person be their best self.
When Cindy first started down this journey, hearing of and learning about energy work, she was a skeptic. Everything changed when she took her first Cranial Sacral weekend course with her sister (a massage therapist). Cindy, a computer trainer at the time, was participating in the course with physical therapists, massage therapists, nurses, etc. - she was the odd one out. Regardless, she made sure she was extremely prepared, worked with her friend, a massage therapist, to learn the parts of the body and different placements that would be covered during the course. This preparation was important to her since it was out of her element.
On the first day of the course, Cindy was still skeptical when the teacher explained how you would feel the cranial fluids flowing when you place your hands on the head (occipital). Her first thoughts were, "Yeah right and this is so weird." As soon as she placed her hands on the back of the woman's head she was working with, that all changed! Cindy really did feel the fluids moving or you can say energy moving. It was an incredible experience and one Cindy didn't think was possible. The following morning, she learned about energy blocks and how to heal them. To be able to hold her hand over someone's body and feel where the energy was stuck was an amazing experience. These two specific experiences were monumental in changing Cindy's life and the power of energy work.
